The thirty mile Tracy Arm Fjord has considerable glacier pieces ranging thirty feet to hand-size chunks. The shoreline is spotted with waterfalls created by melting snowcaps falling from the 3,000-foot high granite walls. Trees sprout from rocky outcroppings that where carved by the receding and advancing glaciers.
