At one point in Wasilla’s colorful history it was known as America’s fasting growing city of its size and remains in the top counts with the George Parks Highway and the Glenn Highway intersection becoming a huge commuter route for the residents to work in Anchorage and live in Wasilla. Now as a true “gateway” city to the rugged Alaska Wilderness and probably one of the many reason you are coming to Alaska.
