9-Day Seward Backcountry Lodge Pre-Cruise (Car) Tour Package #PRCSBL-91-2(Car)

Day 1:

Arrive in the City of Anchorage, and pick up your rental car; feel free to explore Anchorage today. Overnight in Anchorage - Anchorage Hotels

Day 2:

Take the scenic drive, winding through the Matanuska-Susitna Valley, ending at the famed Denali National Park to check in at Denali Cabins. The afternoon is free to explore the area or indulge in optional activities such as a Jet Boat Safari, Rafting Tour, or Flightseeing Tour. Overnight in your own private cedar cabin at Denali Cabins.

Day 3:

After the Deluxe Continental Breakfast join one of the optional activities before boarding our afternoon bus to the Denali Backcountry Lodge. You will spend the next three nights at this very exclusive Denali Backcountry Lodge. All meals, snacks and activities are included while at the lodge. Overnight at - Denali Backcountry Lodge.

Day 4:

Join the many activities at the Lodge from hiking, biking, gold panning, Natural History presentations and Wonder Lake shuttles to simply relaxing with a book from our Natural History Library in one of the riverside Gazebos. Overnight at - Denali Backcountry Lodge.

Day 5:

Relax, and enjoy your last day at Denali Backcountry Lodge. Join a guided hike, go mountain biking, or simply enjoy the majestic beauty of Denali National Park. You can even take an optional flightseeing tour of Denali. Overnight at - Denali Backcountry Lodge.

Day 6:

After the early morning breakfast buffet, board the bus for another great opportunity to enjoy the vista's and wonders of Denali, searching for famous Denali wildlife. Afterwards, take the scenic drive back to Anchorage. You can return your rental car in the evening, and retire to your hotel. Overnight in Anchorage Anchorage Hotels

Day 7:

In the morning, board Alaska Railroad's scenic Coastal Classic train to Seward. This day is yours to just explore Seward, often called, "Alaska's Little Switzerland". Take in some Optional activities such as visiting the Alaska Sea Life Center. Overnight in Seward - Seward Hotels

Day 8:

Embark on Major Marine's Kenai Fjords full-day Wildlife Cruise including a Salmon and Prime Rib buffet. Observe the abundant sea life including Puffins, Seals, and Orca Whales just to name a few. Overnight in Seward - Seward Hotels

Day 9:

Join one of Seward's optional activities before you board your cruise, departing from Seward.

Cost: $2,423.50 per person, double occupancy

Take the Cruise!

My wife and I honeymooned in Alaska and had the most breathtaking experience on the Prince William Sound cruise. The water was incredibly calm, and the glaciers magnificent. Dinner was also fantastic.
