Denali Backcountry Lodge lies at the very end of the restricted 92 mile Park Road, nestled in a snug valley carved by Moose Creek as it winds its way to the Yukon. Denali Backcountry Lodge offers more than a beautiful location. Guests are encouraged to explore the natural communities central to Denali; to understand how this unique and fragile environment flourishes in spite of the harsh sub-arctic climate.
Accommodations consist of 42 cozy, heated cabins, each with it’s own private bath - quite a luxury for such a remote location. Two outdoor gazebos near Moose Creek provide great places to relax, and a suspended footbridge spanning the creek offers access to many hiking trails. Meals, and family style dinners are served in the spacious, two-story lodge.
Offering various activities such as guided hikes & walks, gold panning, mountain biking, wildlife viewing, and optional flightseeing, there is a wealth of things to do, with the majestic Denali as your backdrop. When Denali itself is "out", guests can hike or shuttle to spectacular viewing areas, where even the novice can capture stunning photos. So come and stay at Denali Backcountry Lodge,
and surround yourself with miles of wilderness, not thousands of tourists.

We had a wonderful vacation in Alaska. It was a vacation the four of us will never forget. Your knowledge of your state helped us follow your directions on our itinerary each day, and everything went smooth. I will certainly recommend to anyone who is thinking of a Alaskan vacation. Thank you so very much.

My handicapped child wanted to go to visit the Alaska wilderness, and they had everything in place to make the lodging and tours accessible for us... They even picked us up from the airport. I can't wait to do all of the tours! Thank you so much for the beautiful memories.

We and all our luggage made it back to Florida last week. We are still digesting the wonderful time we had and all the adventures we experienced. When we are asked what was the best part, there is never a short answer, because there was not one best, it was all terrific, everyday had something or somewhere wonderful and memorable !!
