Take a covered and
heated
powerboat for a 3 hour round trip river safari into "bush Alaska." Travel to a
remote trapper’s camp in the wilderness of the Brushkana Creek valley, and
within view of Mt. McKinley.
Enjoy a hot snack at a remote wilderness camp while visiting with locals and
learning the facts and lore of prospecting, trapping, dog mushing, hunting, and
living off the land.
Hear the local experts share their love of Alaska before taking your turn at
gold panning. Every Alaskan sourdough is expected to try it and you can keep
anything you find. There’s no better way to experience the Great Land with the
people who call this backcountry home.
