Start this journey of discovery by traveling out of the Seward small boat harbor on a charter boat to Aialik Bay. It is an amazingly beautiful trip out to the bay, and you have a good chance of seeing whales, harbor seals, Stellar sea lions, tufted and horned puffins, bald eagles, Dall's porpoise and more.
After a hearty lunch aboard the boat, we will launch our kayaks and paddle amidst some of the most spectacular scenery that coastal Alaska has to offer. Crackling icebergs, towering glaciers and wildlife encounters will bedazzle your senses as we spend the afternoon paddling.
This custom tour includes a wildlife and glacier cruise to Holgate Glacier, lunch and snacks, sea kayaking instruction, and a guided wilderness paddle through the icebergs of Holgate Arm.
