
Experience the beauty of Resurrection Bay and its plentiful marine life on this full day Seward sea kayaking excursion from Lowell Point to Caines Head State Recreation Area. Enjoy a beach side lunch and a hike up to a waterfall, or if the weather permits, to Fort McGilvray for an overview of Resurrection Bay. This is a great opportunity to combine both hiking and paddling for those looking for adventure.
Trip includes kayaking instruction, picnic lunch, paddling tour, and trail hiking. Please advise our tour consultants if you have any food allergies, or are a vegetarian.
This 8:00 am to 4:00 pm trip is an active day with approximately 10 miles of paddling and a 5 mile hike. No kayaking experience is necessary, but this excursion requires a reasonable level of fitness. Children 12 and over are welcome on this tour.
