Reservation process was super easy, very friendly and very organized. Bus drivers were excellent. I have no idea how they do that day in and day out. Lodge activities were truly the highlight it made the experience. We learned so much. The cookies (white chocolate in particular) are your trademarks. I loved going for that cookie jar! Temperature control in cabins were excellent, beds were very comfortable. I would rate your strengths as the naturalists and your attention to detail and planning. Our final meal was top notch!
Bus drive Larry was excellent and showed us everything &stopped whenever we asked, cleared our very muddy windows, very accommodating. Very impressed with facilities.
Our bus driver was very informative and had good stories to tell. He also let us stop a while to tape, take pictures of wildlife. It was cool to sit with new people for family style dining. Also our wonder Lake tour was cool because we saw a moose, a black bear, a caribou and beavers. It was cool to see the caribou up close. Its nice to have a cabin, it was very clean and comfortable. Its also cool not to need a key and not get robbed!!
Everything has been perfect. Our bus driver Mark Jordan was exceptional. Naturalist guide, Peter, did an outstanding job. Food was excellent. Cabins were just great. Love the no key policy.

I wouldn't change a think. My trip was fabulous and I met a wonderful group of people. Your staffs at the lodge and the bus drivers were all knowledgeable and accommodating!

Shuttle service was excellent as was the Motorcoach to Anchorage. You should advertise the coach service more as an excelled alternative to the train. Good views half the time. Our trip was seamless as Krystal promised. Thank you.
Bus drivers were personable and knowledgeable. Erick was our guide for two moderate hikes. He was wonderful. We have been to a lot of national parks and Erick was the best we've had, helpful, informative, and personable.
Wish we could stay longer. We will see you again!
Bus drivers were phenomenal. We really appreciate the packed lunch. The food was very good. The cabins were quiet, comfortable and very cozy. Each staff member we encountered was truly helpful, friendly and pleasant to be around. Every request was addressed completely. Thank you for the lovely vacation.

By the arrival bus to greet, bags in the room upon arrival & Great Service. Friendly and informative bus drivers. Took good view time coming up when bears were sighted. Fabulous meals nicely prepared and served. Nice neat and beautifully arrange cabins. The quiet of the place is a beauty in itself. Everything went well.
Everything was wonderful. Mark Jordan was our driver on the way here & what a great interpreter and driver. Erick was wonderful with information, JD was great with our trips to wonder lake, reflection pond and moose creek. Miles was very helpful on our second trip to wonder lake. Everything was great, a really great adventure.
Booking was easy! Our drive did his best to help us get good animal viewpoints and he knew a lot about the park. We had a great time with our guides. They all knew about plants and animals we could see. Cabin was really nice, very clean and comfortable. We loved our time here, even with the mosquitoes!

Came as a part of a group. Did the wonder lake shuttle. Excelled food. The pre dinner appetizers were a nice surprise. Cabins were just great! Nice variety of programs, tours.
We only booked travel from Fairbanks to Anchorage. All connections were great, staff answered all my questions patiently when I called to make reservation. Every trip and tours we booked on ours has been excellent! All Alaskans have been most friendly and helpful. We loved out trip there and would love to return!
